Each unique art piece in this Rivers of Light series takes the form of an illuminated mood pillar with the beautiful markings of spalted beech, standing approximately 57 cm high. Each locally sourced timber specimen has individual markings, flanking the "river of life" custom patterned lattice design. 

The motif is inspired by the river of life*, a beautiful picture of Eden restored at the end of time, where the waters flow from God's presence to nourish trees bearing fruit year round, providing leaves for healing, and making the salt water fresh so that the marshes are filled with an abundance of fish and other marine life.

3 different finishes are available as shown above:

• Finish 1: “night black” 

• Finish 2: “pearwood”

• Finish 3: “silver sheen”

Two lighting versions available:

• Light 1: pure white light with linen clad cable and cord switch

• Light 2: linen clad cable and cord switch, white and coloured lighting options controlled by smartphone app. Can also be linked to Alexa and Google Home. Warm white, cool white, brightness settings and individual colours can be selected, or moving colour change effect.

Dimensions vary a little as working with a natural product adjustments are made to suit the pattern and form of the individually selected wood to best effect.
